In Zwolle, a distribution center for DKL Equipment is being constructed, covering an area of 23,000 square meters. The contractor for this project is Aan de Stegge Twello. Construction began in March of this year, and the building is expected to be completed by December. It will feature extensive facilities, including warehouse space, office areas, and electric charging stations.

The distribution center

DKL Equipment B.V., a subsidiary of De Klok Logistics, will be the sole tenant of the building, expanding its presence in the Netherlands to five cities. The facility offers flexible usage options and aims to achieve a BREEAM Very Good certification for energy efficiency.

The building will not only be certified as BREEAM Very Good, but has also received a favorable rating as part of the GPR assessment for the MIA subsidy—highlighting its environmental friendliness and sustainability.
