A distribution centre for DKL Equipment is being built in Zwolle on an area of 23,000 square meters. The contractor for this project is Aan de Stegge Twello. Construction began in March of this year, and the building is expected to be completed in December. It will feature extensive facilities such as warehouse space, office space, and electric charging stations.
DKL Equipment B.V., a subsidiary of De Klok Logistics, will be the sole tenant of the property, expanding its presence in the Netherlands to five cities. The facility offers flexible usage possibilities and aims for a BREEAM Very Good certification for energy efficiency.
The property will not only be certified as BREEAM Very Good but has also received a favorable assessment in the context of the GPR trajectory for the MIA subsidy, indicating environmental friendliness and sustainability.
