Heritage Pearls Province of Utrecht

The province of Utrecht has a large number of national monuments that must be preserved for future generations. To support owners, the Heritage Pearls Fund (Parelfonds) was established in 2007. This fund focuses on the restoration of national monuments that do not have a residential function, such as historic estates, churches, and industrial heritage.

Subsidies can be applied for restoration work on national monuments without a residential function. This includes, among others:

  • Restoration of historic estates
  • Repair of churches and religious heritage
  • Preservation and restoration of industrial heritage
