The Bastion Zuid office complex, formerly known as the headquarters of Rijkswaterstaat, is undergoing a major transformation commissioned by Bastion Zuid B.V. On one side, the building overlooks the natural landscape of the Bossche Broek, while on the other, it connects with the vibrant city center of \u2019s-Hertogenbosch. The complex is now being prepared for the future. This transformation contributes to the municipality of \u2019s-Hertogenbosch\u2019s vision of enhancing the quality of this part of the city center. <\/p>\n\n
The building will span approximately 15,000 m\u00b2 and consists of several sections. Part of the space is already leased, but around 1,900 m\u00b2 will still be available for new tenants. <\/p>\n\n
The building\u2019s sustainability is being significantly improved. The energy label will jump to an impressive A++. In addition, there is the ambition to achieve a BREEAM-Excellent certification. With its high-end finishes, sustainable installations, green roofs, and an A-rated ventilation concept, this office complex is set to become more of an icon than ever on the edge of the historic city center of \u2019s-Hertogenbosch. <\/p>\n\n
For this beautiful and sustainable project, we had the opportunity to apply for several subsidies. The EIA, MIA, and the Green Projects Scheme (Regeling Groenprojecten) all contribute to the sustainability of this building. <\/p>\n\n
